General Info: I'm a 2-Spirit, queer, disabled fanfic author. People have described my fanfics as comforting body horror which is the highest compliment. I've finished migrating all my fanfiction from AO3 to Dreamwidth for a variety of reasons, one of which is I want to have a more personal fandom experience as opposed to the wild wild west that is AO3/Twitter/Tumblr. I will only be posting fic on my journal but I'm happy to chat here or elsewhere too! Hoping to find people who like reading fics and writing fics in fandoms I'm in who are down to chat about nerdy fanfiction things and fandom stuff. I'm hoping to meet other fanfiction writers but totally down to become friends with other people in fandom too even if they prefer to just lurk.

As far as where my views fall - pro-queer, pro-kink, anti-censorship, pro-critical consumption, anti-bigotry, anti-harassment. That said, generally speaking I stay far, far away from people who self-label as proshippers or antishippers as I have been harassed repeatedly by both groups so for your happiness and mine, if the proship/antiship labels are something you cling to as an identity, we probably won't get along and we can part ways now. if you REALLY want to know the details of my opinions you can message me. I won't bite your head off if we disagree, I'd much rather just go our separate ways lol

Main Fandoms: Naruto, Honkai Star Rail, My Hero Academia, Fire Emblem (Binding Blade through Three Houses), Final Fantasy VII but I rotate through many more here and there. Other fandoms: Starfighter, Stardew Valley, Final Fantasy XIII, Hades, FMAB, Trigun (Old and New), Wolf's Rain, Watch Dogs, InFamous

Fannish Interests: I write a lot of fanfiction, usually looking at dark or difficult topics alongside a lot of hardcore kink. I've been writing/reading fanfiction for over 15 years in all sorts of fandoms though the ones I mentioned above are ones I keep coming back to (Naruto/Fire Emblem/Final Fantasy) or are the ones I'm currently super interested in (HSR/MHA).

OTPS/Ships: I'm am a connoisseur of rare pairs lol back when I was on AO3 and fanfic dot net both, I regularly created the first ever fanfics of many ships, some which went on to be popular and others that my like 5-6 fics remain the only ones there haha while I do ship bigger more popular ships as well, you'll often find me dinking around in tiny rare pairs and writing 250k word fanfics/manifestos on them

Favorite Movies: Pacific Rim, Inception, and Goon. I've written fanfiction for all three though I believe I have taken down all of my Inception fics out of embarrassment by now lol

Anime: Naruto is the one I write the most fanfic for, but I dabble in MHA, Wolf's Rain, NANA, and I'm going to finally start writing some for Fullmetal Alchemist because somehow despite it being one of my favorites I haven't written for it yet. I rewatch the same things a lot and only branch out into new shows once or twice a year.

Games: I am currently replaying my favorite Fire Emblem games again. Like with anime I don't play new things often and I already met my quota of new games this year by finally starting the Ace Attorney trilogy much to my friends' frustration that it took me this long

TL;DR: I'm generally a very chill person. I don't like call outs, I don't like weird parasocial clout stuff on social media, and I don't like harassment. There seems to be a lack of that in fandom these days so I'm looking for other fandom olds who are also looking for a more laid back, chill, not numbers driven/clout driven fandom experience :)

I mostly post about: I'll probably post about my life the most consistently. I might also post writings and about my creative projects in general. Overall, I think I'll mainly use this blog/journal to process thoughts or ideas and to help me remember things, as I have a terrible memory. Maybe I'll post song lyrics and/or poetry I come up with, too.

My hobbies are: Making music, listening to music, gaming (I play a variety of games), reading (manga, graphic novels, articles, books, etc.), writing, streaming (I'm currently streaming as a VTuber), content creation, and more. I also recently started drawing again with digital art and go on the occasional hike.

My fandoms are: This is going to be embarrassing, but I'm not sure what counts as a "fandom." Maybe I'm overthinking the definition? Either way, I don't think I am a part of any specific fandoms right now, but that could change. Some things I like that I can think of right now are Okami (for nostalgia reasons) and Baldur's Gate 3.

I'm looking to meet people who: I'm mostly looking for more people around my age. It's a plus if you're also LGBTQIA+, disabled, or neurodivergent, and it's even better if we share interests.

My posting schedule tends to be: This time around (I used this website a while back), I'll probably post pretty sporadically overall. In the past, there were points where I almost posted daily, so that might happen again.

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: I'm okay-ish with differing opinions as long as it's nothing too major, but that's probably a thin line I don't even fully understand yet. (I like keeping my mind open to new ideas if others will do the same.) However, I do draw the line at right-winged people and centrists. That's all I'm going to put for now. Before adding me, you should know: I struggle with my mental and physical health and will probably post about that a lot. For similar reasons (mostly related to my energy levels and shyness), I also have a hard time commenting on posts, but I'm trying to overcome that. Subscription/Access Policy: I prefer mutual subscriptions while we see if we get along well. If we mesh we can move to granting access. I don't post much under lock, but it does tend to be more personal and I just prefer to share that with someone I already know.

Fannish Interests: Attack on Titan (primarily Hange), Animorphs, Gravity Falls, Blade of the Immortal, TWEWY, Riddick series, Dungeon Meshi, Blue Period, random niche things, one-off books (I probably read more books than I consume any other form of media). I'm not into generative AI used for fandom whatsoever, though I think analytical AI and some generative AI applications have a lot of potential to improve the world. Purity wankers, and those who think the fic one writes and reads and the pairings one ships reflect on one's IRL morality or stance on what is OK, need not apply. My own journal content is pretty milquetoast for the most part, and warned/cut where it is not, but I am not into the purity police mindset and harassing others over fandom.

I mostly post about: I ramble briefly about writing, wrestling, people, whatever I'm feeling. I try to save my most crude and raunchy language/ideas for the fanfiction that I write. As a person who's been on the Internet long enough to know what it's like to run a Geocities site, I've seen... oh god. I've seen things. We've all seen things we cannot unsee. Sometimes I can be a little sardonic and grumpy about it, but I have a sense of humor. I'd always rather laugh, even when I'm crying. Not in a toxic positivity sort of way, but more in a way that I don't burden people with too much emotional baggage.

My hobbies are: Writing fanfiction, reading books and wrestling fic, watching emotionally damaged pretty people in tights get into stage fights, cooking and baking, and walking/jogging/hiking as my antidepressant (I've lost 95lbs. I am a weight loss advocate, but I'm neither fatphobic, nor do I view weight loss in an of itself as fatphobic. Let's respect each other, OK?) I'm not nearly the gamer I used to be, but I have dabbled enough in JRPGs, D&D, and Magic the Gathering that we can have conversations about all of these things.

My fandoms are: World Wrestling Entertainment (the superstars, particularly Dusty's kids ~~f*ck the company, though!~~), South Park, Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, Final Fantasy (in general, but 9 and 8 are overwhelmingly my faves) Stardew Valley, and gosh. The only other social media site I use is Tumblr, and I don't do much there other than like and occasionally reblog wrestling stuff. AO3 is the site I'm most active on. I go where the fic goes.

My posting schedule tends to be: I'm aiming to update 3-4 times a week about any thoughts relevant to writing, but I won't force it. If I got nothing to say, then that's that. IRL, my life is super boring. I work. I exist. Not much to say about that. Carving out a little writer life on the Internet is my excitement.

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: People under 18 is a hard no. MAGA is a harder no. If you are an existential threat to my people in the LGBT community, I don't respect that and never will. I mostly post about: Right now my journal is new so I'm not exactly sure but I haven't written anything since about 2015. I'm mostly posting stream of consciousness thoughts and things that won't leave my brain like themes in fiction and in life. I might make my journal friends-only soon since that's a thing I can do and write things that are more personal because my life is sort of a mess at the moment and I need to write it out. I'm an artist and I've been putting a lot of effort into my art career recently so I know I'll be writing about my process and struggles there.

My hobbies are: I dabble in all kinds of painting and crafts, but mostly watercolor and ink. I crochet, do some embroidery, I'm relearning web design and have started making web pages as art and for fun. I used to play more video games but nothing has caught my interest lately but I have played Disco Elysium, Fallout 76, Stardew Valley, Breath of the Wild, some GTA Online, Animal Crossing (Pocket Camp, but it counts!) and other random rpgish games. I also have been playing a lot of Dungeons and Dragons lately, and I love coming up with characters! Trying to get back into writing, right now just blogging but maybe fiction and poetry soon. I don't know if I'll write fanfic, I have started making icons again and I think I'll have fully regressed into my old LJer self if I write fanfic again. Which might not be BAD.

My fandoms are: Currently I have some hyperfixations but I hesitate to call them fandoms in the old fashioned way. I'm less obsessed with things than I used to be but I will say my old fangirl tendencies have popped up a little again.

Right now I'm into The Matrix movies including Resurrections, Neo/Trinity might make me read fic again and I'm also watching Sense8 for the first time and I'm really liking it so I'm in a Wachowski Sisters kinda mood.

Music I'm fannish about is Lord Huron and Tyler the Creator. I'm into indie hip hop and I've gotten into riot grrrl music for the first time recently.

Been journaling a long time so there are shifts in topic climate but generally it's a lot of poetry and poeticity on sex and angst with smatterings of perimenopause, breastlessness, and feminism, interpersonal relationships... what to do with my life?! existential and metaphysical drama.... I don't shy away from much-- I come to confess. There will be adult content. There may be mathematics, politics, pain, complaints and exhortations, poems and poems and poems and lots of complaining that it hasn't rained. (In general though, my posts are usually much more readable than this is.)

My hobbies are: This. This is my hobby. Outside of work, which is a whole thing, this. I write. I try to make myself submit poems to stuff.
